Day 1 – Monday – INTRODUCTION DAY

9.00 am Registration (valid photo ID required) and taking assigned seats. Timely arrival is requested. Guests are welcome.

11 am – 12 noon LUNCH served outside the Aulas
12 noon – 2.30 pm – Anatomy Museum tours (groups of 30, every 30 minutes). Location: ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 12, 33-332 Kraków
3pm – Polish Language Proficiency Placement Test (obligatory)/ group assignemnt – location: CDK, Aula A
Note: Representatives of medical textbooks booksellers will be present on site on this date. It will be possible to purchase or order textbooks from them.
Day 2 – Tuesday – SETTLING IN
9am – 10.30am – Polish Class; location: Anatomy Department; ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 12, 33-332 Kraków; seminar rooms: A1, A4, A6, A13 and CDK, seminar rooms: S2, S3, S4

11.30 am Visa Requirements – presentation from a representative of the City Hall
12.00 noon Visa requirements from a Student’s perspective – a presentation by Mark Gosnell (5-10 min)
12.15 pm Presentation from a School office staff member about USOS, website, DRF, email account activation and occupational medicine doctor check-up
11.45-12.45 One-on-one consultations with the City Hall Representative
Computer Lab
12.30 – 15.50 7x 20min-workshops in the computer lab on how to activate the email account and how to use it. Distribution of personalized packages with student email activation data at the workshops
Day 3 Wednesday – SAFETY & CULTURAL AWARENESS
9am – 10.30am – Polish Class; location: Anatomy Department; ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 12, 33-332 Kraków; seminar rooms: A1, A4, A6, A13 and CDK, seminar rooms: S2, S3, S4
