LÅNEKASSEN – yearly statements for 2020/21 – deadline prolonged
Dear Students,
if you need a statement prepared for LÅNEKASSEN to be issued by the School Office, you need to fill out an appropriate form:
Freshmen: FORM
Years 2 and higher: FORM
The forms will be active until March 3, 2021, at 10 am (prolonged from March 1, 2021, 10 am).
To access the form, you will need to log in with your student.uj.edu.pl email address. If you don’t have access to the account, please contact the School Office.
Persons who fill out the form will have their statement (in lieu of C-form) and a transcript prepared. Scans of the documents will be sent to your student e-mail addresses. You will then have to upload them to “Din Side” within the deadline set by Lånekassen. Details on the process: here.
Note!
- To have the statement prepared, a student must have paid their tuition fee for the academic year 2020/21 in full.
- Each student can submit the form only once – please check all provided information before submitting it as you will not be later able to correct it or submit it anew.
- Please DO NOT deliver the personalized C-forms to the School Office in any form (digital or paper). A statement will be prepared in its lieu.
- Please observe the NEW deadline (March 3, 2021, Monday, 10 am). Failure to do so WILL result in delays in preparing the required paperwork. No further prolongations will be made.
