USOS is a student management information system offering students an overview of their academic progress, as well as a tool to manage their administrative affairs at the university, e.g. apply for conditional promotion to the next year.

Document Request Form

A platform allowing students, former students, and graduates to easily request any university-related document (e.g. a transcript of academic record, letter of good standing etc.)

MS Office 365 (including applications such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams,  Forms, and Sharepoint)

Cloud-based productivity platform offering access to tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and much more. Log in with your university email address for the username.

• OneDrive
  A file hosting service enabling registered users to share and synchronize their files. This is where the university uploads the documents you asked to be issued in a digital format. Click here for instructions on how to access the files.
• Teams
  A workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, and file and app sharing. Select courses use it for remote teaching.

Pegaz

Jagiellonian University online learning and examination platform. Used by select courses at the JU MC SME.

OwnCloud

A file hosting service used for course material distribution by select courses.
