As part of the event the following services will be provided:

• opportunity to submit additional documents to pending cases,
• free assistance in preparing and verifying applications,
• general information regarding the legalisation of residence and employment,
• obtaining information regarding the legalization of stay due to starting/continuing studies
• submission of an application for a temporary and permanent residence permit as well as a long-term resident of the European Union by third-country nationals (scheduled appointment is required),
• the opportunity to obtain information regarding integration activities for foreigners (especially, for the citizens of Ukraine) in the Malopolska Region.

Please be reminded that you can also seek assistance from by the Department for Foreigners using the services of their:

• Information and Advisory Point – open on Mondays 07:00 – 18:00, Tuesday to Friday from 07:30 – 15:30 at the headquarters of the Department for Foreigners;
• Hotline and Information INFO.OPT – Monday to Friday from: 08:00 – 16:00.
