The purpose of this plebiscite is to recognize the most charismatic and creative educators who excel not only in conveying knowledge but also in building strong relationships with their students. The award seeks passionate instructors noted for their warmth, exemplary personal conduct, and a friendly, collaborative approach to teaching.
