invites you to an Open House INFO.OPT

9 am – 3 pm
Location: Ul. Przy Rondzie 6

As part of the event the following services will be provided:

• opportunity to submit additional documents to pending cases,
• general information regarding legalisation of residence and employment,
• collection of a residence permit/ residence card possible after prior appointment and showing proof of payment in paper form (does not apply to individuals that have paid through the Paybynet system),
• collection of work permit decision (issued to those who have previously received appointment from the Office),
• submission of an application for a temporary and permanent residence permit as well as a long-term resident of the European Union by third-country nationals (scheduled appointment is required).

Send an email with „Legalizacja pobytu – Dzień otwarty 16/11” in the subject line to rezerwacja.opt@muw.pl

Your email must include all of the below data:

• first and last name,
• date of birth,
• citizenship,
• phone number,
• current basis of legal stay (e.g. visa-free travel, visa),
• expiry date of current legal stay,
• purpose of stay in Poland (e.g. work, stay with family member)
