Student Support and Adaptation Center (Polish: Studencki Ośrodek Wsparcia i Adaptacji „SOWA”) is a joint venture of the Jagiellonian University and the University Hospital geared towards the JU students. It was launched on March 18, 2019 with the objective of providing the JU students with support in various spheres of their lives – personal and professional – which might impact their psychological wellbeing in a negative way.

It also offers unscheduled drop-in visits 7 days a week at its seat located at:

ul. Kopernika 27
1st  floor, rooms no. 23,23a and  25
(next to the antrance to the Botanic Garden)

You can simply come over and talk to the counsellor on duty.

Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am- 2pm
