Student Support and Adaptation Center (Polish: Studencki Ośrodek Wsparcia i Adaptacji „SOWA”) is a joint venture of the Jagiellonian University and the University Hospital geared towards the JU students. It was launched on March 18, 2019, with the objective of providing the JU students with support in various spheres of their lives – personal and professional – which might impact their psychological well-being in a negative way.

It also offers in-person consultations 5 days a week at its seat located at:

(next to the entrance to the Botanic Garden)
You can simply come over and talk to the counsellor on duty.
