10.30 am – 11.30 am Q&A session on all the covered topics.
Days 2 and 3 are dedicated to navigating being freshmen, medical students in a foreign country, finding balance and learning some basic coping skills.
We will have two main Speakers:
You will meet with them in small workshop groups: online with Mr Fitzgerlad, and in person with Mr Shaw. Prior to the workshops, please watch the video material of both the Speakers. Take down any questions to ask them later in the small group sessions.

WEDNESDAY: 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm Placement test in Polish language course level* (IN PERSON) – for all persons who declared some knowledge of Polish language.
*Persons who have declared no knowledge of the Polish language needn’t attend, as they will be automatically assigned to the beginner-level class.
12 noon – 1.30 pm – Legalization of Stay in Poland for Students +Q&A (IN PERSON)
All aspects of legalizing your stay in Poland – what documents are required, the timeframe for the process, and how to best go about it will be presented in this segment.
The subject will be covered by Ms Irmina Czysnok, a representative of the Małopolska Provincial Office in Krakow, Department for Foreigners (Pol. Małopolski Urząd Wojewódzki w Krakowie, Wydział Spraw Cudzoziemców, tel.: 122102033, 516 240 650)
You are encouraged to take down any questions during the presentation to ask them later in the dedicated Q&A portion of the meeting.

meeting with representatives of student organizations and interest groups, such as:
10.15 am – registration begins. Note: Have a valid photo ID with you. To limit the number of attendees, only the 1st year students are allowed in the event; families or friends are welcome.
